Returns & Refunds
We are confident your will love your envelopes, but if you are unhappy with your goods in any way, you can return them within 14 days of delivery date. We may be able to supply you with a different product that better suits your needs, so do get in touch (firstname.lastname@example.org) before returning your goods and we will be happy to assist.
If you need to return an order to us, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete a Returns Form - CLICK HERE to download a form to print out
2. Send the completed Returns Form back to us in the box along with your goods
3. Return to us at All Colour Envelopes Returns, Unit 19 Ridgewood Industrial Estate, Ridgewood, East Sussex TN22 5QE
- All returned goods must be sent back to us at your own expense, in the original condition they were supplied, complete and undamaged with their original packaging.
- We do not refund original postage and packing costs.
- All Colour Envelopes Ltd retain the right to refuse any goods that have been opened, used or damaged. Note we can only accept return of full boxes.
- We recommend that any items returned are recorded or sent with a reputable courier as we will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
- After your 14 day return period, items will not be accepted for a refund.
- Printed and customised envelopes are strictly non-refundable.
- Faulty items must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery. If faulty, items returned after 30 days of delivery will be repaired or replaced, before being dispatched back out to you using the address given on your original order.
- We process refunds within 5 working days.
- If you do not include a Returns Form with your returned goods we cannot refund you, as we will have no way of matching your returned items to your order.
- International bank transfer refunds are subject to bank charges.
